OUR ACTIVITIES

The modern & well equipped Blood bank opened its doors on October 2nd,1997 with a built-up area of 4,500 ft sq. This blood bank is following the stringent norms laid by FDA and is delivering quality services to the Navi Mumbai and the neighbouring Raigad district. An average 200 units of blood bags are delivered to the needy patients on the basis of no-profit and no-loss every month. Ours is the only charitable blood bank in the New Panvel & Raigad district which is open 24x7. Our work during various calamities like endemic diseases after the floods in 2005 was well appreciated by the local community. BLOOD COMPONENT LABORATORY

A blood component manufacturing lab was started in June 2005. This component manufacturing lab has passed through all stringent technical requirements of FDA. The lab, manufactures Packed cells, Platelets, and Fresh Frozen Plasma. These component cells are of great use in critically ill patients in this new era of advanced medical science.
